Ruby Sand

Tannic and long on the palate, this wine is made from grape varieties grown in the heart of the Australian countryside. It has a highly distinctive green pepper bouquet, which makes it the ideal complement to red meats (roasted or in sauces), game meats, and most strong cheeses.

Serving temperature: between 16 and 18 °C.

Sugar content: 4-12 g/l


Sieur de Casteigne

This bright, ruby-red wine has a red-berry nose with floral notes. Full-bodied and mellow, its flavour is characterized by blackcurrants and berries with a spicy touch reminiscent of cloves. Pair this wine with veal, pork, poultry and medium cheeses.
