No, our wines are specifically imported for our bottling needs at the Vin en Vrac counters.


How are our wines imported from abroad?
Our products are imported in special wine tankers or in flexi-tanks, which are huge bags-in-box inside 20 to 40 feet containers.


Do wines imported by sea need more preservatives?
No, the SAQ rules concerning SO2 (sulphite) are the same for all wines irrespective of their origin


Is there more sulphite in Vin en Vrac wines?
No, we respect the SAQ sulphite standard level.


Is the Shiraz-Merlot blend the balance of two wines mixed together in order to be sold?
The Shiraz-Merlot is an opportune blend of two wines we had in stock. In the Bordeaux Region, for example, wines are produced that same way.


Why isn’t the origin producer name visible? Is it to hide a bad harvest?
Not at all, our supply team selects wines originating from the greatest producers. For example, we have wines from Skalli and Dulong Brothers.


What is the difference between a bulk table wine and any other kind of table wine?
There is none, a table wine is not related to any particular region. Normally, table wines are made with high return grapes which are not well known and generally less attractive from a commercial point of view.


Is a wine classified ''Various countries'' a mix of overstock wines which certain countries are trying to liquidate?
The “Various countries” is a low-grade wine. It is a blend of less expensive wines originating from different countries.
