Bottles must be washed with hot water and soap after each use and you have to make sure bottles are clear from any residue or mildew before the subsequent use.

Bottles are to be rinsed once more with hot water before there are brought to the Vin en Vrac counter.

You cannot use bottles with commercial labels.

Spirits bottling

Spirits bottling is different from wine bottling.

Plastic bottles are already labelled and are supplied each time. They are single-use.

When the bottle is filled up, seal it with the screw cap. The bottles hold 1,750 ml (60 oz).
